Profile Setup
Create a complete and trustworthy profile.
A complete profile improves collaboration, trust signals, and downstream report context.
Step 1: Complete required identity fields
- Full name
- Primary role/title
- Contact email
- Organization alignment
Step 2: Add professional context
- Domain expertise
- Operating focus (finance, operations, compliance, hiring, etc.)
- Relevant background links or references
Step 3: Add trust and evidence signals
- Verified contact methods
- Portfolio/evidence links where applicable
- Profile completeness indicators
Step 4: Review visibility and sharing defaults
- Confirm what profile data is internal-only
- Confirm what profile data can appear in shared workflows
Keep profile updates current after role changes; stale profile context reduces trust quality in collaborative and external-facing workflows.
Validation checklist
- Required fields are complete
- Professional context is accurate and current
- Evidence/trust links are valid
- Visibility settings are reviewed
Step 5: Say who you are
Your listing has two places for words about you:
- Tagline — one line under your name. Keep it to what you do.
- About — a longer introduction in its own section: who you are, what you work on, what you can stand behind.
You can also add pronouns; they appear beside your name.
Edit all three in place on your listing (/profile → Edit profile).
"About this member"
Every listing's More menu has About this member: when the account joined Sureshake, when its contact details and profile photo last changed, and the verifications Sureshake has recorded for it. Nothing there is inferred — an account with no verifications says so.
The same menu lets you send the profile in a message: pick a person, add a note, and the listing's link goes into a direct message with them.
